This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all orders placed on PackCrafto.com.
Please read this policy alongside our main Terms & Conditions.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are handed to logistics partners within 3–5 working days.
- Custom printed orders: printing starts after written artwork approval; add 3 working days for printing.
- Delivery time: 7–10 business days from dispatch.
3. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is generated after shipment.
Tracking is available via email and the My Account section (account creation optional but recommended).
Please ensure your email is accurate to receive updates.
4. Delivery Areas & Transit Time
We ship to 4000+ PIN codes across India.
Transit time: 3–9 working days.
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather
- Political disruptions
- Festivals
- Strikes
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
5. Delivery Address Policy
Delivery address cannot be changed after order placement.
Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details.
6. Easy Return Policy
Returns or exchanges are allowed only for:
- Defective items
- Poor quality products

7. Eligible Items for Return
- Plain bags (with or without pockets) — returnable
- Customized bags — non-returnable
8. Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges imposed by the courier must be paid by the customer.
9. Return Process
Returned products will be inspected.
You will receive an email notification after review.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
10. Order Cancellation
Cancellation is allowed before dispatch.
Cancellation is reflected within 1–2 business days, and an email notification is sent.
Full refund is processed within 7–10 working days.
11. Customized Printed Orders
Delivery timeline starts after design confirmation and order placement.
Customized bags are not returnable.
12. Additional Points
Order confirmation accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.
No guarantee for changes after confirmation.
Customer is responsible for incorrect addresses or failed delivery acceptance.
